3. Transactions

All transactions are final once processed. Refunds are only provided in cases of:

• Failed transactions where service was not delivered
• Duplicate charges
• Technical errors on our platform

4. Wallet and Payments

Your wallet balance is stored securely on our platform. You can fund your wallet using various payment methods. Minimum funding amount is ₦100, maximum is ₦1,000,000 per transaction.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use our services for fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our services
• Use automated systems to access our services

6. Limitation of Liability

Billioplus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our platform.
